General Information
Order requirements via website or fax:
- Your name, company name and ASI number
- Purchase Order Number
- Enclosure Card Message: Include individual or company name who is sending the gift. (Please put
"no message"
if this applies to your order)

- In-Hands Date-You can enter the exact arrival date needed when checking out.
- Method of shipment (Overnight, 2-day air, 3 Day Express Saver)
- Complete address or complete list of drop shipment addresses. (Please no Post Office Box, APO, FPO or International
addresses)
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche. All ASI orders require
prepayment before products can be shipped.
PRODUCTION
Normal time for production is 1-5 days from receipt of completed PO. All orders are shipped with exact quantities.
(Please note: during the Holiday Season, some items may be out of stock! Call for availability.)
SUBSTITUTIONS:
Substitutions may be made with items of greater or equal value if necessary to guarantee freshness and timely delivery.
CANCELLATIONS:
All cancellations must be made in writing. Any costs incurred will be billed to your account.
CHANGES: All
changes must be made in writing. Any charges incurred by last minute changes will be billed to your account.
INSERTIONS
We are happy to include cards, labels, literature or promotional merchandise in any of our gifts at no additional
cost. However, due to the volume of shipments, we are unable to provide this service in the month of December.
All gifts shipping in December, unless the personal cards or promotional materials have been received before
November 15th, will be shipped with a laser-printed card. We will be happy to include your personalized holiday
message. Maximum 240 characters (includes signature line and blank spaces). Please make sure you include the
individual or company name that is sending the gift.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Complete purchase orders on all HOLIDAY (Christmas or Chanukah) custom orders must be received by November 10th.
Pre-payment is required on all custom orders. Custom orders must be faxed. They cannot be entered via the
website.
PAYMENT METHODS
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club and Carte Blanche are accepted on this website.
CHANGES TO ORDERS
Changes to order that have been placed into production will almost certainly cause delay. In order to make the
change, the order will be rescheduled for later shipment. The charge for changing an order once it has been placed
into production is $30.00 plus any other incurred charges.
ARTWORK & IMPRINTING
All artwork must be camera ready. We do not create artwork.
SHIPPING Dropship charges: $2.00 per name/address. Dropship charges will
be waived if you can provide a CDROM that includes an Excel File containing the following separate fields:
Recipient Name, Company, Address 1, Address 2, City, State, Zip Code and Enclosure Message. Charges can also be
waived if all of your "Ship-To"
addresses are entered via our website (www.baygiftbaskets.com). Unless your order is accompanied with an Excel
diskette in the above described format or entered via our website, there will be a $2.00 per name or address
dropship charge that will apply to all orders.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are unable to ship internationally at this time due to regulations governing
international commercial shipments of food and alcohol. We can however ship the gifts domestically if you wish
to forward them on yourself.
THIRD PARTY FEDEX NUMBERS: When
using a third party
FedEx number, there is a $4.95 handling charge per box.We currently do not accept orders via our website for 3rd
Party shipping. Please check back often as we are working on adding this feature. You must fax in orders that have
3rd party billing.
TRACKING DELIVERY OF EXISTING ORDERS: Once
you place your order, you will be emailed or faxed a Shipping Confirmation the same day it ships ith the FedEx
tracing number included. You may track the progress of your shipment by visiting www.fedex.com or call 800-GOFEDEX.
RE-DELIVERY:
There will be a $15.00 charge for re-delivery on any shipment with incorrect addresses.There will be a $2.50 charge
per shipment for a written proof of delivery.
Bay Gift Baskets will not be held responsible for delivery to Post Office Boxes FPOs or APOs, international shipments
not including a FedEx 3rd Party Number, or for incorrect, illegible or incomplete addresses.
CALIFORNIA RESALE CERTIFICATE: If
we do not have a current California Resale Certificate on file, we must charge sales tax for all merchandise delivered
within California.
