the same day unless you choose otherwise. Orders placed after 2pm PST, Monday-Friday, weekends or holidays, will
ship the following business day. Bay Gift Baskets does not ship on major holidays or weekends.

Currently, we do not ship orders outside the 48 contiguous United
States, Alaska and Hawaii. Puerto Rico, Guam and the U.S. Virgin Islands are considered international shipments
and cannot be accommodated at this time.
You may consider shipping the order to your self and then forwarding your gift on to your international recipient.
P.O. Box, APO/FPO Shipping
We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO or FTP addresses
at this time. You may consider shipping the order to yourself and then forwarding your gift on to your recipient.
Use our multiple recipient capability to easily send gifts to
different addresses. Whether sending the same gift to everyone on your list or a variety of gifts to each address,
this service allows you to take care of all your gifting needs in one quick checkout.
Our carriers generally require a signature upon release of the
package. Gifts that contain wine will always require a signature upon delivery. Signatures must be obtained by
individuals over the age of 21 in this case. If no one is available to receive the package, a subsequent attempt
to deliver will be made. We encourage you to use a commercial business address such as your office to assure the
fastest delivery time. If subsequent attempts are unsuccessful, your order will be returned to the logistics center
it originally shipped from. An additional fee will apply to reship undeliverable packages.
In some cases, recipients may have a signature release on file with the carrier. In such a case, the recipient
has authorized the carrier to leave packages without a signature. Unfortunately, we have no control over whether
or not a package is left in this situation.
Bay Gift Baskets sends email order confirmations to the address
specified in your account. Your email confirmation will be sent the day your package/s has been shipped It will
include your tracking number and order information. To track your order, please contact the carrier specified in

Incorrect shipping information may result in the product NOT
being delivered on the designated day. The cost of any re-routed and/or reshipped products due to incorrect address
information is the sender's responsibility. Therefore, please double check all shipping information carefully,
especially zip code information. If we find that the error in address information was due to our mistake, extra
charges will not apply.
